Favorite Worship Songs
Worship and music are a huge part of my life. As I have written before, it is an awesome time to be alive and to be a worshipper of Jesus Christ. We have some amazing songs being written! This got me thinking….what are my favorites?
Here is my current Top 10 list of worship songs and the particular recording that I really love. It may be different next week but, right now, these are the ones that really take me to a special place in worship.

1. This Is Our God (written and recorded by Travis Cottrell *not very well known but an awesome song)
*Honorable Mention – if I had a higher number than 10, these would make the list for sure:

You Never Let Go (written and recorded by Matt Redman)
Dance With Me (written by Paul Wilbur; recorded by Calvary Temple Indy)
It’s Your Presence (written and recorded by Tommy Walker)
Revelation Song (written by Jennie Riddle & recorded by Gateway Worship)
Kim has already let me know that her list would look very different than mine. I told her to start a blog and make her own list! 🙂
What are your favorites?
Nice list. You know all about my love for “This Is Our God.”
Lately, I haven’t been able to get John Mark McMillan’s “How He Loves” out of my head. It’s not a typical worship song but it’s good. You can hear it here
Also, “Words To Build a Life On” by Mike Crawford is really good. It’s not widely available but you can buy it here and read the lyrics here.
I’m an idiot. This is the link to the John Mark McMillan song “How He Loves”
