:: Song Info from MPCC :: July 14-15, 2012 :: CD Suggestions ::

One of the questions I am frequently asked is, “What was the name of that song you did this weekend?” Great question. And, the fact that God has stirred your heart enough that you are still thinking about it is such a blessing to our whole team. It is my strong intention to begin blogging this info on Mondays so that you can have access to it as quickly as possible. Most of what we do is available for download on iTunes so fill up those MP3 players with worship that will draw you closer to God.

If you miss a blog, you can always visit the Worship & Arts page of the MPCC web site by clicking HERE and look for the Worship Set Lists link in the lower right corner of the page. To save you some hunting, you can find a master list from previous weekends HERE as well. This lists is updated each Tuesday with the music from the previous weekend. We include the song title as well as the recording artist & CD that our arrangement was based on.

MPCC Worship Set List Info – July 14-15, 2012

  • “Glory To God Forever” (FEE – “Hope Rising”)
  • “My Savior Lives” (NEW LIFE WORSHIP “My Savior Lives”)
  • “Always” (KRISTIAN STANFILL “Mountains Move”)
  • “God Is Able” (HILLSONG LIVE “God Is Able”)
  • Special Music: “Here With Me” (MERCY ME “Undone”)

I also hope to be able to recommend 2 worship CD’s to you each Monday.  For this week, I highly recommend:

  • “The Same Love” by Paul Baloche (Twitter @PaulBaloche) :: We do quite a bit of his music at MPCC (Glorious, Our God Saves, I Cling To The Cross, What Can I Do, Hosanna, Your Name & Because Of Your Love among many others). His newest recording “The Same Love” will be an encouragement to you and will help you to reach deeper levels of worship. It is musically diverse as well. Love it. Paul is a very inspiring worship leader with a deep love for God and the Church. Buy this CD.
  • “Mountains Move” by Kristian Stanfill (Twitter @KPStanfill) :: He is a relatively new artist to MPCC, but there are several songs that have become very near & dear to us (Lord Almighty, Always, Day After Day). This is a great recording to listen to and contains lots of incredible worship moments. It’s great music as well. Check it out. Look for more of his music in the coming weekends at MPCC.

Be Encouraged Today,
