Engage Worship Conference :: Sept 12-14, 2013 :: #EngageConf
We are very excited to announce that the Worship Ministry of Mount Pleasant Christian Church will host ENGAGE: The Worship Experience, September 12-14, 2013. Back in 2011, we gathered for the first time and had an awesome experience.
Why Engage? As leaders, we often go away to a conference, spend thousands of dollars and when we come home, we have to get our team excited about something they didn’t have a chance to experience with us. It’s a huge challenge. So, we wanted to do something different.
Engage is a conference designed for your whole team. There are sessions for everyone from the volunteer worship leader to the full-time staff member. We want you to bring your volunteers with you, as well as your staff. Bring your vocalists, lighting techs, band members, choir members and audio techs….bring them all. There are breakout sessions on all the technical disciplines as well as music theory, instrumental sessions and vocal technique. There will also be sessions on spiritual care and worship preparation….and much, much more.
Price is an issue. We get it and we are putting our money where our mouth is. When registration details are released you will see that we believe so deeply in this concept that we are going to make it possible for churches of every size to afford to bring their teams to Engage.
